Wow! That list sound interesting. I'd like to read more authors from countries such as Greece or Liechtenstein. If I can add more writers, I'd add Bertolt Brecht for Germany and Blasco Ibáñez for Spain.

I may not have 10/20 years to dedicate to this challenge but I am willing to give it a try. How about we set some kind of a plan so we can communicate on our progress. No reason to worry about the sparse comments here--I only discovered this link now. Any thoughts about some kind of a form to keep in touch here on the progress?
