Not really a series?

This question is concerning the series at this link:

The Goodreads librarian manual states that:

"Imprints are not series
Imprints and other unrelated collections of works (usually by multiple authors) are not series. They can be grouped with a Listopia list, or the collection/imprint information can be listed in the edition field, but they should not be grouped into a series, or listed on a book's title line."

The above named series is definitely not a series, but a collection. In the series description itself, it is listed as saying:

"Though 青い鳥文庫 is not technically a "series" per se, the intention of this series listing on goodreads is to group all 青い鳥文庫 books so that readers can find other books in the collection more easily."

Is it ok to leave this as a series? I am unsure about how to interpret this rule.
