For authors with more than one name

What would you do when an author has two names used in publishing? Do you merge them or create links on author pages? Or, you just somehow add both names to a book?

For example:
Onoto Watanna https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...
and Winnifred Eaton https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...
are actually the same person.
