Hi everyone! I'm already a third of the way done. The book is much more interesting than I thought it was going to be. I've never voluntarily read a non-fiction but I think his way of tacking issues that a lot of us thought were pretty cut and dry and spinning them on their head is perspective shifting. Sometimes he tends to continue drilling a point for a bit too long and he does tend to jump all over the place within parts but over all it is keeping my interest.

I'm with you, Kaila, when it comes to reading non-fiction. But sometimes the book club forces me to read something I'd never take a look at otherwise, and it ends up being good. I just got the book today, borrowed from a friend. I'm anxious to get started. The Hawaii State Library system has 37 copies, by the way. Just go on their website or call to reserve one - you need a library card.
