SOLVED. About a family who owns a magazine company, gets taken over, lots of sex [s]

I read this book in the early 1990's. The main character is a female, mid-twenties, who is in a family that owns a magazine company that gets taken over (maybe?) or she wants to start her own magazine. There is also a guy (who is related or is the guy who took over the company) who marries a girl that doesn't really love him, and the sex is terrible, and she gets seduced by a business competitor and they have very descriptive sexual encounters.
I remember one scene where the main girl is trying to come up with her magazine mock-up and it is a mess, so she calls an ex-boyfriend for help, they end up having sex, and he helps her polish her mock-up.
Any ideas?
