Also, your Amazon page says publication is Nov. 1st, 2014, which is what I put on the records. But I can change it to Oct 2014 if you prefer. If I put Oct 2014, it will say 'published' because no day of the month is added. But making it 'Nov 1 2014' will make it say 'expected publication'.
