Ah man, I know. This character is a little crazy. I'm not sure whether to love or hate him. It isn't entirely clear whether hes good or not... so I guess we'll see in the next book whether he's worthy of our loyalty. And yes, I agree, Scarlet's comment was uncalled for. As for his name, I believe its pronounced like Jason. But I might be totally wrong. :P
I predict good. I think he is our fourth love interest.
i'm fairly certain that he'll be the good side of things - you always need to have someone that you're a little uncertain about at the onset, based on their motives, but i think that we'll get our next love interest here for sure.
Well, it's pretty obvious that he's going to be Winter's love interest, but like he's not entirely on Cinder's side. Gosh, it's driving me insane!Oh and I thought it was Jason at first but I'm not really that sure, lol
If he is not on her side yet; he will be. He said his true loyalty is to winter. And since we know she is not bad and will be on cinder side ( because why would the make the 4th book about an enemy). He doesn't know that cinder the princess either. That might help to bring him around.
I pronounced it Jay-sin, but not sure. Love all the characters in this so far - who wept for Erland? And Thorne's eyes? and Wolfe's 'Brightest star'? And everything else?

Wolf is the only character that i've seen in a while that can pull off being dangerous and vicious but also love sick and adorable (he's so cute!). I don't know about Jacin. (i've been pronouncing it, Jay-kin but I don't know) at the end when he's finally told the truth and has that realization, at that point I think he was firmly on Cinder's side. And the fact that he was captured and didn't actually turn them in.

My theory with Jacin is that he's the huntsman like character for the story of Snow White. Winter being Snow White duh

It's that or Winter is based on the Snow Queen. Both are possible.
