Hullo everyone!Yay Stephanie!!!!! Congrats! So happy you are joining.
Now honestly it's good we read mostly tomorrow because ARCs are still handed out. Many of us requested within minutes and got approved quickly, but Shannon waited til end of day so like 12 hours and she got hers today... so there are likely more ARCs going out still.

Joanna told me about explosions I haven't paid much attention as I truly like for story to unfold as I read, but yeah I think it's possible, but Al this will be a HEA so they should prevail.. Wonder if Daniel will be center stage in this story. I know he will at some point, but maybe not until book 3....

Yes! I checked today and noticed something lovely!! So excited!
So I got about 10 minutes of online time here. :(Ended up starting early.... staying up all night and finishing it.
But I'll pop in from time to time, the wi-fi gods permitting.

I agree completely. Angry sex isn't the word. All consuming, intense sex more like it.

So most of these streets and neighborhoods are true to current LA? Love that. I'm at 43%. Been getting sidetracked all day... Trying to come up with a Homecoming Proposal for my son! Can you believe they have to do this big song and dance to ask a girl to Homecoming? At least romance isn't dead. My idea was to get a basket of Halloween candy and stick a note in it saying, "Avery, it would be SWEET if you went to Homecoming with me!" Ideas, my incurable romantics?

Yes, I mean CD lives here so it's pretty accurate. I am sure the local shops and restaurants are invented, but the essences of LA is there.Ugh! How about sending her on a scavenger hunt like I note on locker telling her to go somewhere to find a another note leading her to place where he stands with basket... ?? I am terrible at it as I am so not romantic in RL.

Sue, I think you may have a point there.
Yes, his objective is to get her and him out but let's be honest, it's impossible and he knows it! So the sooner, he will understand and see what Theresa is capable the better it will be. And then, maybe Theresa will be in charge.
