Catherine I made the Ruff Neck Warmer (p63) and the keyhole seems to be in the wrong place. Is there a mistake in the pattern? Does anyone know if there is a correction out there?

Here's what mine says for keyhole opening:
Row 1(RS): *K1, p1; rep from * until 18 sts rem, BO next 16 sts, cont in rib to end of row.
