The Bodha people are used to it. One from the lava every year, and a celebration for each. But something's wrong. Many people emerged from the lava in one month, and they all retained their memories of their previous life. And some of them want to return there. But the only way out is across the cavern ruled by the Rakshasa. To return, they'd have to cross an enormous cavern filled with demonic cannibals. And the Rakshasa have figured out that some people want to return, and they are beginning to starve. So every two months, they kidnap ten people and put them in the center of the maze that there cavern is and hunt them. The only way for the Bodha to escape is to find the way back to the Bodha city or to find the way out. No one can get in. no one has gotten out.
