ABANDONED. Need help remembering name of a book

as a kid i read a book in which the president had a twin brother/sister and they get on a plane in the end of the book but after a fight only one emerges and no one knows if thats the real president or the twin. Anyone knows which book that is?

If the President had a twin brother/sister does that mean that the president was maybe female?

i think it was young adult. i dont remember if the president was a man or woman. just remember the plot vaguely.
