Nancy H | 1111 comments Hi Romanticbookworm, I just finished my first pick for the month, and it was part of a series from which you recommended Cooking Spirits. In this challenge we are allowed to read the book in the series that we are on, and in this Joanne Pence series, I am only on To Catch a Cook To Catch a Cook (An Angie Amalfi Mystery - Book 8) by Joanne Pence , so I read that one. It was really good!
Thank you!

Now on to another one!

Insomnia sucks! But it does help get some reading done... 🤷🏻‍♀️

Here are your picks. I hope you find some good reading from these."

I have finished my first read and made it a newbie as it was free. 4 stars for Seeking the Sheriff (Masterson County, #1) by Calle J. Brookes and I will definitely be continuing on with the series.

I'm hoping to get one or two more read this month.

Nancy H | 1111 comments Hi Romanticbookworm,
I just finished two more from the list and they were both excellent. A Catskill Eagle A Catskill Eagle (Spenser, #12) by Robert B. Parker (My copy didn't have the eagle on the front - lol.) - The story of a detective who risks his life for the woman he loves. Holy Island Holy Island (DCI Ryan Mysteries, #1) by L.J. Ross - The beginning of a new mystery series in which the detective finds a new lady love where he least expects it.

There is at least one more I hope to get done by month's end, and many more I will read in the future. Thanks for the good picks.

Thanks for my picks. I was able to get two in this month. I enjoyed both of them.
One Summer in Paris by Sarah Morgan A Princess in Theory (Reluctant Royals, #1) by Alyssa Cole

Jamie - The Bookish Attitude (thebookishattitude) | 80 comments My September.
Demon Slayer 05/09 Holding on to Forever (I actually ended up with an ARC) 13/09 A Pizza My Heart 14/09 Huntress 15/09 Well Suited 15/09 Burn for Me 16/09 A Fistful of Evil 21/09 Bet Me 22/09 The Deal 22/09 City of the Lost 26/09

Perfect I was on massive Cecelia kick when I added this to my shelf, but at about chapter 8 I realised her YA books aren't for me, so it ended up being a DNF.
