I am a high school student of English literature writing an essay on the Reader with special emphasis on moral ambiguity and the characterisation of Hanna.Was looking for some inputs and some leads on how I could develop the theme with conviction and build up the case with relevant examples from the text


I think that was it, now that you mention it. It may have been the translation that made me just "read" the book vs "enter" the book. If you know what I mean, about a good book. I also think that us readers did need Kate and I needed Ralph Fiennes who's a favorite of mine and I think he helped me through.
