Hi all! My name is Skye. This is my first time participating in a re-read (or hosting one!).
This will be my third or fourth read of E&E, and probably my third of C&C (goodness I love Gail's stories). I've been a huge fan of Gail's since her first book, Soulless, so when she announced she'd be writing YA I couldn't have been more excited (I read primarily YA).
I own my copies, but I've only read the ARCs before (I only read paperbacks). But I purchased E&E in paperback to get signed a few months ago, so I'll be reading E&E in finished paperback for the first time next month (I'll be curious to see if I notice any differences!).
Looking forward to discussing the books with everyone! :)

This will be my first reread of the series. I discovered Carriger earlier this year. A Goodreads friend whose reading habits I trust gave E&E rave reviews so I was curious. I got the books and fell in love with the world Gail created. When I was finished with the first two, I needed to read anything else by Gail so I got Parasol next and basically devoured all seven books in about ten days. Even though I read them earlier this year, I feel like I neeeeeed to read them again.
I own my copies but they are digital (Kindle) editions. I'll be rereading my digital copies. I'm so excited, I can't wait.

I'm Nova, I'm very, very new too good reads and my friend Nicqui above there, introduced me to the site and to Gail Carriger. This my first re-read but I doubt it's going to be my last. I can not wait for November 4th.

I stumbled over Soulless after I joined Goodreads and as there was so much praise I decided to give it a try.
It took me a little while to get into it (mostly, to get used to Alexia's voice) but once I was over that I really loved it. After that I read the entire Parasol Protectorate Series and now moved on to Finishing School. I am usually not a big fan of YA but I am really excited to find out if this is going to change...

Yes!
This girl!
Right here!
Are we doing the reread in October or do we do one book per month leading up to it so that busier members can participate too. Either way is fine with me. We could have theory discussions too.

I definitely need to at least re-read W&W, so I'm in! I've started an official discussion thread here - thanks Susan for getting us started! :)

How many times have you read the books, or will this be your first time?
How did you discover the Finishing School series?
Do you own your copies, or are they from the library?
Will you be reading paper or digital?
