Umm.. You can try Call of the Wild by Jack London or Pride and Prejudice. Tbh I didn't read Tarzan so I can't tell you from a personal point of view.
The classics that are easy to read are the ones you really enjoy! Which doesn't help you much but I've just had a quick look at your profile and you say that your favourite books are supernatural books so have you thought about trying supernatural classics? Some ideas are
Dracula - I thought this was easy to read.
The Ghost Stories Of M.R. James - I've read it but didn't think the stories were nearly as scary as people told me they were. I was a little bit disappointed, although they were still good.
Frankenstein - I've read this one and thought it was pretty easy to read.
The Turn of the Screw People seem to either love this or hate it. I haven't read it yet, so I can't comment.
CarmillaI haven't tried this yet, but if you like it, the author has plenty of other books for you to read. This is a good one to start with because it's a novella
The Italian I think I should warn you that some people say this author was anti-catholic and the catholic church, monks, nuns and priests are often portrayed in a negative light in her books. If that would be an issue for you, it's probably best if you avoid her novels.
I hope this gets you started. Have fun exploring!
Jane Eyre all the way <3 (my favourite book ever). Once you get used to them, The Count of Monte Cristo is awesome. But there's lots of French names, and can be a little trickier. Worth it though :)
And then Cecilia by Fanny Burney - OMG so good!!! Written before Jane Austen, but you can see where that lady got some of her inspiration :)
You might try Edgar Allan Poe who wrote in the 19th century. If you are willing to go with 20th century authors try John Steinbeck.
