Group of books that shouldn't be listed together

I've come across a multiple book listing sold by an Amazon re-seller that shouldn't be listed as a group.

Ordinarily I'd just combine with first book and then delete it, however, several people have rated it.

What is the best approach with this one?

When it is a "lot" or group of books, we just would NAB it (Not A Book).

Only four people have shelved it so an ordinary librarian can delete it. I would combine it with the first book and delete it. You wouldn't nab it in this case because it's not a legit ASIN.

I have merged it into the first book of the series.
