Has 98 normal pages (also has i-viii). I have a cover for it as well but don't know how to add it. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B2vO...

Did you scan that or get it from somewhere? That is a valid way for us to get a cover image, just wanted to check on the source of the image.
I took a photo of my copy of the book.
thanks for adding the photo but it still needs the number of pages. it has 98 reading pages but also has pages i-viii but i'm not sure if those should be included
