can't add a book to series

dear Librarians!
I have a problem, but don't know how to solve it.

so, there is a book series "Жизнь замечательных людей"
(https://www.goodreads.com/series/135394). it was created by me and i try to complete this series by all books, which were published.
now we have 251 works and from yesterday i can't add any book. for example, Помяловский by Boris Valbe (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...) or Пугачев by Abram Gaysinovich (https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...).
there are already in Goodreads base books, which i can include to Жизнь замечательных людей series, but Goodreads search in series can't find them. and sometimes general search doesn't find them too.

help me! where i do a mistake? promise to correct all and go to the end with series.

If you add a book to the database and then immediately try to search the database by title (as you would do when editing a series to add the new book), you will often not see the book. The title database is cached, I think, so you have to wait ~10 minutes after adding a book before trying to add that book a series page.

If the book you add has an ISBN or ASIN, those are immediately searchable after creating the record, so whenever possible, try adding newly created book records to series via ISBN. In this case, your books don't have an ISBN, but I was able to find them in a search by title, now that it's been awhile since the records were created.

Try to do it again, and you'll probably be fine this time.

the main problem is that i can't add books which are in database some days already. i just didn't try to find them in series by ISBN (cause i'm not sure that i found right), but may be it will help.

(i just try one more time to find author Valbe in general search on Goodreads and it doesn't find. but in my Librarian edits such author and his works present. i add these information yesterday, so 10 minutes went far away :)))but why are they not searchable?!) :(((

i don't like such way to organize these books, so i just create my own shelve with the same name.
