I do realise that Alan, but thank you for clarifying. I enjoy your comments, keep em coming! I rarely re-read, but if given the opportunity to read one of my favourite authors as a group I’d jump at the chance because I’d be very keen to see what others think of it.

I’ve read the whole series and Ash is the main character in them all. Reading Ash as a stand-alone is absolutely fine. He’s an investigator and each book has its own story. You just wouldn’t know so much about Ash and his background, but it wouldn’t be detrimental to the story at all.
