Help with paperback :D

So I have been having a small problem with my paperback :D I published my book from the KDP thing but for some reason my paperback won't get published because the spine bleeds into the cover and I get a msg "Your expected cover size is 13.905x9.250 but the submitted file size is 13.687x9.250." or "Add an extra 0.125" (3.2 mm) along the top, bottom, and sides of your cover. " along "Add an extra 0.125" (3.2 mm) along the top, bottom, and sides of your cover." for the back cover :D but I have no idea how to fix this, can someone help? I have the pdf and the PSD file and all help would be much appreciated :D

I am assuming you uploaded the book cover directly using the upload cover image option. If you opt for launch cover creator, the tool will help you resize your book cover so that it meets the parameters.
