Ensnared Sampler is now up on NetGalley!

I need an account now. I wonder how much my mum would mind if I didn't necessarily wait for permission.

Psst... A.G.... Maybe Morpheus needs to give this Sleeping Beauty a kiss...
Mine too. . . .Could someone send me the text via PM or something if my request isn't approved. Please? #DeathbywaitingIhavenopatience

Maybe. The wait is killing me.

And I'm not the rolemodel for patience.

Have any of you been approved yet? I was also wondering how long it takes. I've never used NetGalley. ;) Hope you all get to read the chaps soon!
Mooksiecuddlepoof wrote: "My request is still pending :(! I'm hoping that they might accept it at the 24 hour mark."Mine too. Though I requested it just yesterday. Sometimes it takes more than 24 hours though!
Elvina wrote: "Mine too. . . .Could someone send me the text via PM or something if my request isn't approved. Please? #DeathbywaitingIhavenopatience"It's illegal to share the approved files on NetG.
Linda "La La" wrote: "It's illegal to share the approved files on NetG. "I was wondering about that LaLa. Thanks for clearing it up. We wouldn't want anyone to get banned from that site!
They do it this way to stir up interest while keeping it to a controlled # of people. Otherwise, they may as well just put out the chapters on my website so everyone can read them.
But, I am going to try to get permission to share my whole first chapter during the Ensnared blog tour in December, so at least if you guys don't get approved for these, you'll still get a peek. :)
We work really hard to keep our stats up on that site so we can get approvals. I just submitted a publisher feedback today to bring my percentages up to almost 90%; 80% is recommended. If they were planning to approve all of the requests I think they would have made it a "read now" download, but I could be wrong.

You don't mind saliva, right? Hehe

Not as long as you brush your teeth first. >_<
La la I don't know how to do a publisher feedback on net galley >:o! Give me your wisdom of words. (Please)

Mooksiecuddlepoof wrote: "How do you do the publisher feedback. Still new to this :/?"At first you won't get approved for anything, so you have to read a lot of the approved for all "read nows" and submit feedback reviews until your stats are around 80%. They also look to see about your blogs, how many social media platforms you review and recommend books on, and how many followers you have.
Mooksiecuddlepoof wrote: "How do you do the publisher feedback. Still new to this :/?"You have to read books you are approved for and review them. You can't really submit pubs feedback until you get some approvals to read first. Sorry Charlie. :-(
Should I put my name onto something more professional? Since my username is Mooksiecuddlepoof and they might be reluctant to give it to me.

And yaaaayyy!!!
Mooksiecuddlepoof wrote: "Should I put my name onto something more professional? The approvals are usually based on your feedback percentages and number of social media followers. This is the first time I have seen a chapter sampler not be a "read now", so I don't know for sure what they will be looking for.

I will read it to you over the phone. Lol.
Gah!! Two of the books on my approvals shelf have reddish covers and everytime I check I give my self a little shock. *stalking NetG*

Good thing I'm not in the studio today. I can't make an excuse why I am on Netgalley like I can when I'm stalking Miles pics on the modeling boards. Lol.
@Britter: Do we get emails for NetG approvals like we do on EW? It has been so long since I have requested on NG that I don't remember. My Kindle chimes when I get emails, so I wouldn't need to be checking back.

Awesome! I hope I get approved! I was once a pre-publication reviewer on another book before, so maybe that'll help.
