SOLVED. 99% Sure The Book's Title is Something Like "What Happened to [Name]?", Semi-Realistic Fiction [s]

Like the title says, I'm pretty sure the book was called something like that, but the name isn't of the main character's. The name of is someone the main character is remembering, and this person was a teenager like the main character. The person was very androgynous, so their name was possibly as such. Sorry for how vague this all is, would love some help though!

If I remember right, the main character was the only one who recalled the person the book is named after, while everyone else insists they never existed.
