History:
Her father was a member of the City Council, but she never met him. She grew up with her mother in the Heart of the City. She went to school with the rest of the children, and it quickly became clear that she was incredibly intelligent. She never talked to many of the people, but they often tried to get on her good side whenever a group project was involved. She and her mother began fighting three years before the mother's death over Devon Nyx's treatment of others. Devon Nyx then started avoiding their shared flat by staying at the Library even after hours. Her mother died when she was 15, but she continued living alone in the Heart of the City and attending school. Most people could not tell that something bad had happened to her.
It was then that she began looking into joining the Resistance. She got them to agree to meet with her shortly after her sixteenth birthday. However, just before she was meant to meet with them, her father died, and she was kidnapped by the spies and brought to the City Council. They faked her death so that her disappearance was not suspicious and she had no other options. The Resistance believed in her death. She was inducted into the ranks of the Council. She still attempted to meet with the Resistance, but they did not come because of her supposed death. Upset, she threw herself into her job as a Council Member and grew to love her position and her suppressed psychopathic nature began to show itself more often. However, she only kills when it directly benefits her or her plans. She has been on the Council for 12 years.

History: She very vaguely remembers the day when she woke up on a park bench to an officer yelling at her about loitering. She had no clue who she was, and had only a piece of paper with her name and birthday on it to go by. At the time, Frost was about eight, and she spent the next few years on the streets because nobody would take her in. One day when she was about eleven, she was caught stealing food, and the shopkeeper chased her into a warehouse where a few Resistance spies were holding a meeting. Frost convinced them to save her from the shopkeeper and she has been with the Resistance ever since. Little does she know that she is descended from the royal family that was defeated a thousand years ago.

When Thana found out that someone had put poison in Thomas's food, she demanded that she be put on the Council to protect others from having this happen to them.
