Sabine wasn't always as slutty as she is now. She had a loving mother and father, but her father died when she was young. Her mother remarried, and died when Sabine was 13. Her stepfather took full advantage of her, and eventually she grew used to it. But then she wasn't fun anymore, so he turned on her younger sister. Desperate to protect her, Sabine went to extremes to distract their stepfather. Eventually it got to the point where he would be bored unless it was him and his buddies with her, and then it led to the strip club. She was really popular, and she was smart. Enraged, he attacked her sister in revenge, and Sabine didn't hesitate to kill him after he hurt Sasha. She doesn't exactly hate her brother, she just doesn't like to see him. History:
Quinn's life started out normal enough. She was the youngest child, and her high ranked parents both loved her dearly, showering her with gifts and money. But when she was ten, they got in a car accident. Quinn and her brother Marik were thrown into foster care, and separated with the first adoption. She was bounced and shuffled around from an adopter and back to the foster system, then to other adopters and back, until she was 13 and a single guy agreed to take her. Quinn was delighted at first and vowed to do everything she could to keep this home. But when her new adopted father began drinking and abusing her, Quinn changed her tune and wanted out. But one night he drank too much and got in bed with her, hurting her. No matter how much Quinn tried to get away, she couldn't. The next day, she gathered up all her money and ran away. She ran to another part of the city and hid, surviving with a few other orphans. Eventually a rich couple found her and took her in. The dad was extremely nice to her, but the mom mostly ignored her. Eventually the dad past away, and her adopted mother moved away. She left Quinn her own flat and tons of money and is still technically her adopted mother, though she never visits and might as well be non existent.

Personality: Theo works hard and is determined to be the best at everything. But, he is impulsive, and it tends to get him into trouble. A lot. If he doesn't agree with something, he'll say it - regardless of who it may hurt. Theo doesn't like backing down from a situation, and will do anything to preserve his masculinity. History: Lucas was born and raised in a small apartment, along with a sister (CJ) whom he really cares about. When he was about 13, his sister was left in his care while their parents vacationed. Their parents, however, died in a plane crash, so Lucas was left to care for CJ on his own. He looked after her well, until one day the Council came after him.
He'd been operating as one of the younger Resistance spies as a way to bring in money to pay for the rent, and he'd been pretty good for a fourteen year old. The Council, naturally wished for him to be stomped out immediately, so he was taken captive on his way back home from work.
Luke was tortured for information, but didn't yield. At least, not until CJ was threatened; after which he gave up several Resistance hiding spots (something of which he isn't proud) in exchange for CJ's continued existence.
The Council wasn't satisfied with just that, however. They saw what a great job Luke had done for the Resistance, and employed him as a spy of their own - with CJ's life once again on the line. Luke contemplates escape on a day-to-day basis, but has never found the time nor the opportunity. He misses his sister dearly and wishes only for a way to let her know he was alive.
Personality: Prior to prison, Luke was an open, honest, and pretty nice guy. The long time spent isolated and behind bars has turned him a bit more reclusive. He doesn't talk much outside of when he has to, and it's usually something bitter and sarcastic. He's hopeful for escape, but is almost certain it will never come.

History: Sasha has been told by her sister that both of their parents were loving, but Sasha was too young to remember her father when he passed away. Eventually, their mother found someone else, and remarried. She died when Sasha was 8, leaving Sasha and Sabine with their step-father. It didn't take Sasha long to realize her step-father was using her sister, but by the time she realized, he'd gotten bored of Sabine and turned to Sasha. Sabine did her best to protect Sasha, but it took drastic measures to do so. Most nights, Sabine and their step-father would disappear to strip clubs. Sasha didn't know much about what happened there, but she noticed her sister becoming more and more involved. On several occasions, Sasha tried to stop Sabine from going, but Sabine was too stubborn to listen. One day, Sasha came home from work to find her step-father had been killed by one of Sabine's long time customers, who was unaware that Sabine had never really loved him. He took his anger out on Sasha, and Sabine didn't hesitate to kill him.
Personality: Sasha is lonely and at times a bit desperate with her only family connection often away, but she covers it up with her toughness. History:
People often assume he has a rough past. However, he has not. In fact, for a kid in the Middle City Slums, he had a really soft and kind past. His parents were able to provide for him and his younger brother. Sure, their house was cramped, but that didn't matter because they all had each other and they were fine.
When he turned 16, Cal joined the Resistance as a medic, a job he had previously done research into and was then entering training for. Since then, he rocketed up the ranks, but as he did so, his pool of friends shrank and shrank.

History: Tal never knew much about his father, and neither did his mother (who suffers from Alzheimer's). His mother was well off, so he went to school in the Heart of the City and learned much. He was (for the most part) towards the top of his class, and it turned him into a bit of a perfectionist. As he grew older, he realized how utterly ignorant the rest of the world could be at times; this is when he turned to teaching. Tal opted for the least educated bunch in the hopes that he could improve their state.
Personality: Tal puts others before himself and tries to be as considerate as possible, which is why he decided to educate the less fortunate. He has a fairly high IQ and tends to be very thorough in his work. Tal is generally very cooperative and follows rules, but remains energetic in doing so. He prefers structured environments to chaos, and does his best to control what he can. Tal can sometimes come off as a bit egotistic and bossy, but (usually) never means it directly.
