We don't usually list bundles if the individual books are sold separately and the bundle is just a temporary promotional method (as opposed to a boxset, which would usually have its own ISBN (or ASIN)).

Should the title of #1 be left as is, put in parentheses, or left off? The books are not a series.

I would just leave the book titles there. Maybe put Stolen Hearts Collection in the edition field.
