Combining editions

Dear GR Librarian,

I am having trouble combining the two available editions of my new book "The Leopard Stratagem". In the past authors could combine different editions but not anymore. Can you please make sure they're combined?

Looks like they are combined to me. If you created the new edition using the "Add a new edition" link, it auto-combines now.

Ok. The reason I asked for a combination is one of the editions doesn't appear on the default edition. It says "none" for other editions with no book icon underneath the default edition.

I don't know if this makes sense but I explained it the best way I could.
