Tony (glossus) In the introduction to the recently reissued The Saint Intervenes, there's a reference to a couple of similar series:

“In the world of paperback originals of the 1970s we have series like The Arrow, about a disgraced police officer who now steals from criminals, and The Decoy, about a former thief who investigates crimes for kicks.”

I'm having difficulty finding any further information about either of these. Any pointers to either would be most appreciated.

Actually, looking at the list of categories and tags on that blog, I reckon if he's a good bet to know about the other one too!

ETA: I think I found the other one, possibly:

Naked Mistress (Only book 2 in the series seems to be on GR, author is Walter Deptula)

Author's website here: http://www.frankarrow.com/events.htm

Tony (glossus) Excellent! Both of those definitely look like they fit. I'll do some more investigating tomorrow and add the missing books from the series to GR.

Thanks.
