For physical books, Worldcat provides the most accurate page counts in most cases, even moreso than publisher's counts. Do you have these books in hand to verify? Looking at the changelog, many of these editions have been adjusted from the publisher's page count to something else, which is why I ask. (For Kindle editions we go by Amazon's page count, so if that is what you put for those that's fine.)
Book in hand is the most accurate obviously, and sometimes Worldcat leaves off the last number. I am doing all the Kindle ones first.
B07ML1XV7D Soul of the Sword is 432 on Amazon

B079DBDZ8K In Fallen Woods is 383

If you have the physical books, please check those and report back. Otherwise Worldcat is a good source to check as they are usually more in line with how Goodreads counts pages. I for instance own several of the ones you listed (Six of Crows, Stalking Jack the Ripper series, etc) and they are correct as currently listed on the book pages.
Also for any Kindle editions (with an ASIN), the page count must come from Amazon not the publisher or your device.
