Goodreads attributes 9 distinct works to the author "Russell Marks": https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...

However, not all these books are written by the same author.

The "Russell Marks" who is an Australian lawyer and writer has only written 4 books:
1) The Book of Paul
2) Crime & Punishment: Offenders and Victims in a Broken Justice System
3) Tony Speaks
4) Kattertonia (I notice this book has 2x distinct entries: it should only be one)

The other books attributed to "Russell Marks" on Goodreads are written by a different author.
