How many Rereads?

How many times do you think you have read this book?

I truly have lost count. I know I have read it once or twice a year for at least 5 years, and then many times before that.

I am currently introducing it to a student I work with at school. She is a struggling reader, and we were waiting for a few more students to be added to the class, so I thought I would introduce her to a book she had never even heard of before. I can't tell if she loves it as much as I do. I get excited as we read it out loud to one another.

I love this story. I can never get enough of it. And no matter how many times I read it, I'm still moved and excited about it. I still feel everything Julie feels. I just....this book is near and dear to me.

This is the best book. I need to read it again. I like it once or twice a year too. It falls under the status of "Classic" for me.
