It's no bother; I merged it again and looks like it was about a fourth of the way done. :) I'll merge it again in a few days.

#301 I combined them together. Are you going to have more than one edition? If so you can use both of these. If you just need a placeholder we will delete it.

The ISBN was already on the record, someone had incorrectly changed it from ebook to Kindle making it look like a duplicate Kindle edition with ISBN instead of ASIN. So I reverted the format change and recombined since no deletion was ever needed, just a format correction.
