Seeking reviews for espionage thriller

just finished my first book. it's a tale of espionage set in the 80s and 90s. here's a brief overview:

On Jan. 30, 1976, the first "outsider" became the 11th Director of the Central Intelligence Agency. Less than a year later, after the election of a new President, his tenure at the CIA ended. However, during his brief time as Director, he formulated a very rough draft of a covert operation to help ensure that the United States and her allies would win the Cold War. But with the change in Administrations, the plan went as cold as the war it was envisioned
to end. Four years later, the former Intelligence Director returned to Washington as the No. 2 man in yet another change in Executive Branch leadership. And as Vice President to a Commander and Chief who was fully committed to spreading democracy throughout
the world and ending the oppressive grip of communism, the idea was born into reality. But nothing in Washington lasts forever ...
