It was a book I read from the public library. Pretty sure it was African American, teen, maybe romance, fiction.

The lady was uppity, maybe rich? She had 1 or 2 sisters and her mom. She lived on her own. I only remember bits of the book. There was a road trip of some kind. She was in an RV maybe? She had sex with this guy. There’s another scene of her sister(s) and her mom in her room; and her mom pulls out a dildo from the lady’s drawer. She mentions how she forgot how black it was. Towards the end I think there’s something about adoption? I don’t remember much unfortunately. I read this book maybe 17 years ago! Probably impossible to find out the title of it.
