Hi, Ellie came to me asking for help trying to figure out what the issue was holding up the change of her reader profile to an author profile?

Her book will be a live release on retailers and so she has everything except a link on a retailer. This is her debut book.

Any help/advice would be appreciated! Thank you!

Librarians have no control over approvals of Goodreads Author status. If she is having a problem with hers, she'll need to use the Contact Us link on the Help page.

Please remove the link to her user profile.

Done. I don't think she's looking for us to make the change, but to find out what the issue is behind the denials. I've passes on the information you provided. Thank you for your help.
