Pages Have you seen it Jody? What do you think? I’m not sure when it will air in the uk.
I loved the heaven series so will try not get annoyed when it isn’t exactly like the books. Saying that I quite liked the 2014 flowers in the Attic and my sweet Audrina films. I really like Jason Priestley too.

I did watch it and I wasn’t super impressed since Heaven is my favorite series of VC Andrews, but in saying that, I am still interested enough to watch the remaining four.

Pages 😏 yes I would always watch an adaptation but I try and separate it from the book. I wonder if the changes are because of time factor or catering to the current market. Some things just can’t be shown on tv now or they think some things are unimportant details and run time is priority. Its interesting.

Jennie (jennie44) | 4 comments Is anyone else bothered by the characters' hair as portrayed in the movies?? It is mentioned several times in the book series that Angel (Leigh) had blond hair. She was the beautiful and sweet girl. Red haired females (like Sarah and Kitty) were used just as sex objects. Heaven is supposed to have dark hair. She is the dark version of Angel. In the movies, Heaven has red hair. Were the creators of this series trying to indicate that Heaven is loose with men? And is Leigh going to be played a dark haired actress?

I thought Heaven was okay, better than I expected. I thought it was better than Dark Angel.

Yeah, I’m definitely not OK with all the changes that were made, but I guess that’s production.

If you ask me, the acting is horrible and that’s saying a lot because I like Jason Priestley and Chris McNally.

Jennie (jennie44) | 4 comments "Fallen Hearts" was so disappointing! That is probably my favorite book in the Casteel series. But they changed the story. I hate the way they presented Troy and Heaven. I did not like the court scene. I felt like it was all phony and rushed. I like Jason Priestly, which is probably why I don't like him as Tony Tatterton. I will say I like the character that plays Heaven (despite her hair color.) I get the feeling, based on her acting, that she actually read the series. Do you think any of the other actors and actresses in the movies read the books?

Arianna Vargas | 21 comments Overall, I thought they were ok. I mean, I'm pleased that they brought it to the screen. It seemed with each new movie they got a little bit better. The best one was the Web of Dreams movie IMO. Which is ironic, because that's my least favorite book of the series.

The acting was pretty good, but the low budget was REALLY clear at points. To me, the most annoying thing was how fast and loose they played with the timeline.

For example- Heaven and Logan already know each other in the beginning of the first movie. It's implied that they have baby-crushes on each other, then BOOM next scene and they're in LOOOOOOVE and no one accepts them. Also, Fanny is there for some reason.

I watched these movies with my sister and I really hyped them up. And I had to keep pausing to explain things to her from the book since they way the movies were edited did not help someone who was coming to the series as a stranger. You had to have read the books to make sense of it all.

Overall- 3/5 for the first three movies and 4/5 for the final two.
