Just wanting to clarify what you mean by everything at the end. We do include acknowledgements, but don't include advertisements & previews of other books. :)
"Everything" is just the novella text and the Acknowledgements. Sorry for my imprecise language; I should have left off the "and everything" in my original comment. (and sorry for slow response - I was out of town for a week).
