I just read a whole bunch for The Reading Rush... maybe of most interest to this group I read Runaways vol. 1 and watched further into S2 of the show (for the challenge of book-screen adaptation). Anyone read the newer Runaways by Rainbow Rowell? Worth picking up?

Sorry, I can't be of any help. I'm still relatively new to comics.....I only know of the Runaways from hearing them talk about it on The Wednesday Club. I just recently finished the Jen Soska Black Widow run and am reading the new Vox Machina series.

Also currently reading the new Star Wars book, Thrawn: Treason

I just started the fourth book in the Invisible Library series by Genevieve Cogman, The Lost Plot

Finally got back to my reading this week. Last night I finished White Jenna. I quite liked it, as it was a good conclusion to the story set up in the first book, “Sister Light, Sister Dark.” I enjoyed the contrast between the actual story the historical/mythic asides. The plot really raced along.

Yesterday I finished Prudence. It was so fun to get back to the Parasolverse! Rue’s a fun character, there’s new shapeshifters, and it was all so joyful to read.
