Can’t find this book and it’s driving me crazy lol

All I can remember is in the beginning a man is leaving his home town and on his way a girl who he knows loves him but he thinks she’s to young tells him goodbye. He knows he home life is just as crazy and messed up as his but he gets out. A few years later he is called home because his brother and her sister die in a car accident caused by his brothers erratic behavior. They had a baby that luckily was left with the sister. Who later I believe finds a note with custody papers in it. They team up to try and care for the baby and start falling in love only for the secrets that their siblings kept start coming out. And I believe it has something to do with porn that was being made in a basement of one of their homes by friends of their siblings who are not very nice people.
