Nevermind, the girl and guy aren't fraternal twins. The spiky haired girl has a fraternal twin who is female and has long straight hair. The spiky haired girl is dating the guy with the soul patch. It isn't Melody Carlson
Did you ever find the name of this series? I have been trying for years to remember and can never find it! Their band practiced in like the back room of a pizza place, right?
I've been looking for this too. I feel like the boy who has the dad that doesn't like religion also skateboards. I think one of the girls, perhaps the spikey haired one, is named Andi.
I had a brain wave and remembered the boy is named Parker. I think it is the On Tour series by Barb Huff.

One book about a boy who goes to a christian rock concert and sees this blonde girl on stage singing and falls for her. He meets the band members, two of them are twins (brother and sister). Sister has crazy spiky hair and brother is tall and skinny and has a soul patch. They get pizza at some point. The blonde girl is new in the small town.
Boy questions his faith and eventually accepts Jesus in his heart but has to hide it from his father as his father doesn't like any religions and thinks they are too pushy.
