SOLVED. Unique Fold-Out Children's Picture Book

I am searching for a children's picture book published recently as a single page of detailed artwork folded several times to form the book. The reader opens the first page, then folds each subsequent page out again and again to reveal the story, and eventually a single artwork is seen that spans several meters.

I believe this is mostly a visual book with little to no words, and the plot is based on a fairy tale or fantasy world of some kind. From what I remember the author could be European or Italian but not entirely certain. I also feel I have seen this book reviewed and posted on Good Reads previously but cannot find it.
