SOLVED. Romance Book: Girl Inherited a home and meets 2 brothers. [s]

Please help: I have read this book awhile back. Its a recent romance about a girl who inherited her aunts house. She goes to this small town to sign and complete the arrangements for her inheritance. There are things that need to be done at the house. 2 brothers whom knew her aunt well come to repair and remodel this home for her. the younger brother is interested in her but the older brother is very rude to her. Along with the house she inherited her aunts dog. Sometime down the line the older brother starts to show his true feeling for her. She starts to fall for him as well. He actually owns a furniture making company is very rich. Later in the story turns out the brothers and her grew up together and the older brother has always been in love with her. Even assisted the aunt in keeping tabs on her throughout her life I.e: school, graduation etc. I believe that the aunt was not welcome to come around due to her father? Anyways she meets a lot of friends our her aunts in this small town. I believe she paints by hobby. I thinks her job is a computer programer and i know at some point while she is staying in the house her company moves her computer equipment in so she can work from home. I hope this is enough information. I really would like to re-read this book.

This book is somewhat similar but it's probably a long shot - A Little Light Magic by Joy Nash.

Ashley, how many years ago did you read this book?
What's the tone - light, humorous, serious, etc.?
What about the location - U.S., small town, east/west coast, etc.?

Kris- i would say i have read within the past year. I dont know it got deleted from my kindle or how i lost it.
I would say the tone is all 3 at times :) I wanna say that his parents ended up dying at his young age. His brother at one point in the story crashes his truck when he gets mad about the girl and his older brother becoming close. I also wanna say that he (younger bro) goes in to treatment center.
The location was in the US I wanna say Chicago/New york is where she worked in the city and the small town was just outside the city.

oh my gosh! I read this also i think, but like you I can't remember the name.. the aunt owned and ran an antique store(?) in the litte town and the house was filled was stuff and she would look through the pictures, i think she was raised by the aunt for awhile then moved away for college or something, she sketches and does water colors, amazing artist, walks on the beach with the dog, jeans sweatshirt, long dirt drive, the house was log cabin sat up on a cliff type thing right? I think that was what the cover looked like...i will try to look through, but i know this book! ..

Oo girl your getting me excited. I don't know ow about the antique store. But I know the girl pants. I believe she becomes good friends with a couple of girls there and I know they r always over. She did inherit her aunts dog.
