students are sitting in a professor living room and listening to tapes, each one of them is transferred to a different dimension. in one dimension there is a war with aliens, in another its a peaceful time in greece like country. another student is turning to be a nun and returns to the professor's living room as an angel.
last thing in the story is the professor being arrested by the police and disappears from within the police car.
its a short book, maybe even half and half with another story in the same book.
