To be a series on Goodreads, books need to have more than a common theme -- like characters in common, an overarching storyline, a shared universe, etc. What makes this a series?

Sorry, I forgot to mention it. It is a yearly series of anthologies that has been published since 2014. They are all thematically linked: sci-fi short stories written by women. This is the 5th volume.

Thematically linked is not sufficient to be a series on Goodreads. Sounds like the series page should be deleted.

Is it? But the fact is that they are published as a series. Same publishing theme, an annual periodicity, and they even have roman numerals. The whole thing is conceived as a series. Wouldn't that be enough?
