Rhonda | 45 comments I've been trying to order a copy of book (to proof) from Ingram and when I click "submit order" nothing happens. No screen change, no "order received," nothing. I've tried several times. Anyone else have this problem or know the solution? I contacted IS days ago but haven't heard back.

Andy Giesler (andy_giesler) | 70 comments I've had no problems ordering books, so I'm not sure what's going wrong here. But a couple of times when I've had other problems and email support was too slow, I've called them. Both times I waited on hold for 2-3 minutes and got a very helpful person on the line.

I'm not sure whether posting a phone number violates this group's "no links" rule, but you can find it by Googling this phrase, including the quotes:

ingram content "contact information" support

It'll probably be the first result: "Publishers, Retailers, Libraries - Contact Us". Look in the Publishers section for the IngramSpark number.

Thanks Andy. Ingram replied after I sent another email and said they were having problems with their orders. Just unlucky timing on my part. But it's fixed so I was able to order my book.
