So in April of 2018 I read a book about this woman who didn't want to be tied down so she was dating two men. One is a rich bachelor while the other is a simple guy who likes to surf and stays by the beach. She keeps both her lives separated until a near death accident lands her in the hospital and her two lovers end up meeting each other and she then has to choose which one she want's to stay with.
I've been searching all day with zero luck. So hopefully someone knows this book.
