SOLVED: Children's/YA > SOLVED. YA/Childrens series at least 2 books. Sci-Fi/Fantasy. Main characters are twins (brother and sister), in second book of series there are like 6 other sets of twins. [s]

First book focusses on the siblings and is set in like a small town or village in England i think. They have special powers or something unique about them. Pretty sure the cover was like a dark metallic blue with red and gold writing and details on it. With bees or wasps dotted around the cover.
The second book has more twins from different countries in it still with special powers or something and they are all on the run from the government or evil group who want to use/kill them.
