Middlemarch is such a mess, seemingly with so many duplicates. Does anyone have time to partially sort out the listings and consolidate duplicates? (To do the whole thing looks futile, but shortening the list could help in finding entries.)
I tried to find the Book of the Month Club hardcover edition, an edition in which I do not find an ISBN # or even a LoC #. I'm okay with that unless someone points out where I missed it. But in the process, it certainly struck me that there seem to be a number of duplicates.
