ABANDONED. Help finding a book that is driving me insane!

So, the main character is a girl, and the other character is a prince/king. He is blue skinned with six fingers (I think). But, I also have a plot point. At some point (maybe in a second book) his kingdom comes under attack by a disease that puts them into a coma. Eventually the prince/king succumbs leaving the girl in charge of the rest of the kingdom and trying to find out who the nefarious person behind all this is.

Not everyone here opens every thread; there are so many posts a day, some people only look at the ones they have some chance of solving. "Driving me insane" doesn't help people skimming the list to identify your book as something they may have read.

If you change your header to something to the effect of "YA novel about prince with blue skin and six fingers; disease causes coma" anyone who has read the book will identify it easily.

And for people who haven't read the book, but will use your description to search for it for you, putting in the year (or range of years, or decade, or even century) that you read it, and the genre (Young adult middle grade, etc.), will help them with their search.

The "Group Rules" aren't there to burden you; they're there to assist other people help find the book you're looking for.
