The Shining question

The Shining, the book! I was so scared reading it, I went to bed with all the lights on and the TV in the bedroom on. In fact, it was the scariest book I ever read, with Pet Cemetary being a close second!. I have spent years looking, but no author scares as good as King!

Pet Semetary hands down just because it really makes you wonder "how far would I go if there was a chance at stopping death?" Also because of that last line. Them chills.

I remember hearing about this book on the radio when it first came out. I just had to read it. Just hearing about it was scary. Then to read about Danny; snowed into the hotel; trying to tell himself what he sees cannot hurt him.
Terror.

The Shining is scary & Pet Semetary is creepy.
But I prefer Pet Semetary over The Shining (Jack Nicolson's version)
