SOLVED. Book series about girl (possibly named Jane) and siblings and their mother. [s]

About ten or something years ago I read a book series about a girl and her younger siblings (I think the girl name started with J) who lived with their single mother and would go on secret adventures and stuff. One book involved them meeting the knights of the round table and another they went on a vacation to a beach? A lot of other stuff happened but I can't remember it or the author. The books I read had green/white drawings of the characters on them, and the book was a novel but meant for kids/teens.
I can't remember the title or the author.
